Editorial questions & corrections

We welcome precise, constructive corrections about place names, history, cultural context, architecture, language, recipes, event information and image attribution. Local knowledge can add essential context that a short caption or travel overview misses.

Include the page link, identify the sentence or image concerned, and explain what should change. Where possible, add a reliable source or the name of a relevant local institution. If an event has been rescheduled, a link to the organiser’s current notice is especially helpful. A correction request is assessed on its evidence; sending one does not guarantee a particular editorial outcome.

Help with a guide or order

For a missing download, incorrect file, opening error, duplicate payment or refund question, include the product title, approximate purchase date, checkout email and order reference. Describe what happened and the resolution you are seeking. You can usually find these details in the receipt sent after purchase.

Before writing, check the download advice in FAQ & Help and the digital product and refund policy. Never send a password, full card number, security code or an identity document with a routine support message. A short description of an error is normally enough to begin.

Media, partnerships & permission

For media enquiries, cultural projects or a possible collaboration, introduce yourself, your organisation where relevant, the project and its intended audience. Include the proposed dates and the specific contribution you are requesting. Clear proposals are easier to assess than a general request to collaborate.

For image, text or design reuse, identify the exact material, where it would appear, the format and whether the use is commercial. Contact does not itself grant a licence. Wait for written permission from the relevant rights holder before publishing material that requires it.

Accessibility & privacy enquiries

If a page or download is difficult to use, send its link or title and explain the barrier. Mention your browser, device or assistive technology only if it helps describe the problem. You may also use the form for questions about personal information, a privacy-rights request or copyright concerns.

Share only what is necessary. Messages are handled through the existing store contact system, subject to its processing and the Privacy Policy. This is not an emergency service or a channel for urgent travel assistance; contact the relevant local service or travel provider for immediate needs.
