Using Exotic Morocco

Where should I start?

Use Discover for a first overview, Cities for a particular destination and Regions to understand the landscape around it. Themes connects subjects across places. You can explore freely without creating a site account.

How do I find a specific place or subject?

Open the magnifying-glass Search button in the header, type a place, dish, craft or topic, and follow a result. Search includes the editorial library and support pages. Try both a specific name and a broader subject if your first query is too narrow. The Sitemap offers a complete browsable route through the published library.

Is Exotic Morocco a travel agency or booking service?

This is an independent editorial and visual platform, with digital guides available through the Shop. Reading a route, event or hotel reference does not create a reservation. Arrange transport, accommodation, admission and guiding directly with the relevant provider, and check their terms before paying.

Destinations, planning & changing information

Can I use a suggested itinerary exactly as written?

Treat it as a starting point. Distances, your pace, season, access needs and local conditions can change what is practical. Check transport, opening hours and accommodation close to departure. The Plan collection helps turn inspiration into a journey that suits you.

Are event dates and opening hours guaranteed?

No. Organisers and venues can change dates, programmes, prices or access after an article is published. Check the organiser or venue before travelling or buying tickets, especially around religious observances and seasonal events. See the travel information disclaimer for a practical verification checklist.

Will my planning checklist be saved?

Plan checklists save ticked choices in local storage in the browser you are using. They are not an account or a booking, and do not synchronise between devices. Private browsing, clearing website data or using another browser can remove or separate those choices. Reset returns the checklist to its unticked state.

Choosing a guide & making a purchase

What exactly am I buying?

Read the individual product description before checkout: it identifies the destination, language, format, included content and price. The current premium city guides are digital publications; a PDF purchase is not a printed book or a guided tour. A city page or preview on this site is separate from the downloadable product.

Where does checkout happen?

Product purchase links lead to our existing Payhip-powered guide store. The price, currency, applicable tax information and available payment methods are shown there. Check the final order details on that checkout. The editorial site does not ask you to enter card details.

Does buying one guide include the entire library or future editions?

Only the product and any extras expressly included in its listing are part of the purchase. A single guide does not automatically include other cities, a subscription or every future edition. Keep the product description and receipt so you can refer to the offer you purchased.

Can I buy a guide for a group or use it commercially?

The normal licence is personal use for the purchaser. Sharing a purchased PDF with a group, republishing pages or using assets in a commercial project needs separate permission. contact exotic morocco before buying for a class, organisation or other shared use.

Downloads & purchase support

How do I receive my guide?

After a successful purchase, the guide store provides download access and sends a receipt or download email to the address entered at checkout. Keep that email. Download the file on a device with enough storage and an application that supports the product format, such as a PDF reader.

I paid, but cannot find the download. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder, the email address used at checkout and whether the payment actually completed. Search your inbox for the product title, Exotic Morocco or Payhip. Then use the seller contact route in your receipt or our contact form at our guide store. Include the product title, purchase date and order reference. Do not send a password or full payment-card details.

The file will not open or seems incomplete.

Download it again from the original link, let the transfer finish and try an up-to-date PDF reader or another device. If the problem remains, describe the device, reader and error message when contacting support. A screenshot of the error is useful; do not upload the whole purchased guide to a public file-sharing service.

I may have paid twice.

Check the receipts and completed payment records: a pending authorisation is not always a second completed charge. Send both order references and the product title through the established support channel so the purchases can be checked. See the digital product and refund policy for the distinction between duplicates, access problems and a change of mind.

Refunds, corrections & permissions

Can I return a digital guide?

Digital downloads differ from physical goods. Where immediate delivery starts with valid express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost, a change-of-mind withdrawal may no longer apply. Mandatory rights for a defective, missing or incorrectly supplied product still apply. The refund policy explains the relevant cases and how to request help.

How do I report inaccurate or outdated information?

Send the page URL, the passage concerned and the correction you suggest. An official source, local institutional reference or clear explanation helps us assess it. Cultural and historical corrections are welcome, including spelling, place identity and attribution. Use Contact; social comments can be easy to miss.

May I repost text, images or a purchased guide?

You are welcome to share a link to the original page. Republishing text, downloading images for another project, distributing a PDF or removing attribution is different and may require permission. Some credited third-party material has its own licence. Read the copyright and personal-use licence before reuse.

I have an accessibility problem or another question.

Tell us which page or product is affected, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you know it. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical information. The accessibility statement explains the current approach, and Contact gives the established route for help.
