Terms & permissions
Terms & Conditions
The terms for using the Exotic Morocco editorial platform and the relationship between its free content, external services and digital guides.
Reviewed 29 September 2026
1. The platform & these terms
Exotic Morocco is an independent visual travel and cultural platform. These terms govern use of its editorial website. They should be read with the Privacy Policy, copyright and personal-use licence, travel information disclaimer and, where relevant, the digital product and refund policy.
The website provides information and access to guide listings. It does not itself book accommodation, transport, entry tickets or tours. For questions about these terms, use the established channel on Contact. No membership or visitor account is required to read the public editorial pages.
2. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and with respect for its content and other people’s rights. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use contact channels to send unlawful or abusive material.
You may browse, follow links and use the site’s tools for their intended purposes. Do not treat access to a page as permission to reproduce the library, distribute downloaded publications or extract protected material for resale. Rights and permitted personal use are explained in the licence page. Statutory exceptions remain applicable.
3. Editorial & travel information
The articles, maps, recipes, language resources, cultural explanations and planning suggestions are general information. They are not personalised travel, medical, legal or other professional advice. Interpret a suggested route in light of your circumstances, experience, access needs and current local conditions.
Information can change or contain an error despite editorial care. Opening hours, prices, access rules, transport and event programmes need fresh verification with the responsible provider. A photograph or illustration is not a guarantee of current conditions, and a map is not a substitute for current navigation or local directions. Report specific errors through Contact.
4. Digital guides & purchases
A product’s listing and checkout identify what is sold, its format and language, price and any included extras. Read those details before purchasing. Guide purchases take place through our existing Payhip-powered store; the editorial site does not process payment-card details in its pages.
A purchase normally grants the personal-use rights described for that product, rather than ownership of its copyright. A guide does not include physical delivery, admission, accommodation, guiding or future publications unless the listing expressly says so. Keep the receipt and the description of the offer you bought.
The terms accepted for an existing purchase continue to govern it. A later revision of this editorial website does not retrospectively remove purchased rights or mandatory consumer protections. For access problems, faulty files or a refund request, follow the digital product and refund policy.
5. Links, maps & other services
External websites, map providers, social networks, venues and merchants operate independently and have their own conditions and privacy practices. A link supplies context or a route to a service; it does not promise the availability, quality or current accuracy of everything on that destination.
Check the identity of a provider, its offer and cancellation conditions before making a booking or payment. The website cannot change another provider’s contract or guarantee that an external service remains available. Read the Cookie Policy for the distinction between ordinary links and embedded third-party maps.
6. Corrections, messages & permissions
When contacting the platform, send information you are entitled to share and only what is relevant. Do not send confidential third-party records, payment credentials or personal documents for an ordinary editorial correction. Identify the affected page or order so the enquiry can be assessed.
Submitting a proposal, correction or permission request does not create a publishing commitment, partnership or licence. Permission to reuse protected material must come from the relevant rights holder. Credited third-party images and openly licensed material may have separate conditions.
7. Availability & limitations
The platform may be updated, reorganised or temporarily unavailable. Some features depend on JavaScript, browser storage or external services. Saved browser checklists are a convenience, not a guaranteed backup; keep an independent copy of information you need for travel.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Exotic Morocco does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that general editorial information will be suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory rights concerning a paid product. The site’s informational role does not displace a provider’s responsibilities under its own contract.
8. Applicable law & changes
Consistent with the published guide-store terms, Netherlands law applies, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you, including consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable. These terms do not require you to give up rights or dispute-resolution options that the law makes available to you.
The review date identifies the current website version of these terms. Changes may reflect new content, services or legal requirements. Contact us with a specific concern so it can be considered; for a purchase dispute, include the order reference and the outcome you are seeking.
